Local cricket: Proud Patel pays tribute to players after title No.7
Skipper Dips Patel saluted his Loughborough Town players after their latest triumph.
Patel makes an immense contribution to the Park Road club's success and this will be their seventh League title in his 11 seasons of captaincy.
"We've played some outstanding cricket this year, apart from in the County Cup final," said Patel.
"The batting has been brilliant, and Ollie Freckingham and Neil Gamble have been terrific first up with the new ball.

"We are mainly a young side and I'm proud of what the players have achieved."
Loughborough's seconds have won promotion from Division Two and the third team are top of Division Seven.
To make the success even sweeter, two members of the Loughborough squad, Ollie Freckingham and Tom Wells, have gained contracts with Leicestershire.
Four other players – Harry Gurney, James Taylor, Sam Cliff and Nathan Buck – have graduated from Loughborough into first-class cricket in recent seasons and Patel thinks one of the current team's opening batsmen could be next.
"Sunny Patel has been unbelievable this year," he said. "He could follow them."
