“Completely agree, Sansue.
And like G_C_Lee, I'm amazed that it has taken two months to publicize this. What possible justification could there be for such a delay?”

“I'd actually understand this a little more if it was an 18 year old lad who hadn't yet learnt that violence is never appropriate. For a 45-50 year old man to behave like this isn't just bordering on pathetic, it is slap bang in the middle of it. The sad thing is he probably thinks he is "hard" or some such nonsense, not realising that middle aged men aren't supposed to be "hard, they are supposed to be adult, responsible, and achieved some level of personal success in their lives...........”

“Whilst I agree with C_G_Lee that it is two months ago, but if I'd seen someone assault a bus driver I think it would probably stick in my mind. It's not every day you see someone being assaulted!
Also, as much as anything the pictures are published in the hope that someone will recognise the offender and either turn them in, or encourage the offender to turn them self in.”

“Mind you I could have cheerfully slapped the face of the Arriva driver of the 31 who saw me about to get on the bus and shut the doors in my face and pulled off. Was time really so tight? Some of them are like little gods in their little chariots although there are some delightful ones of course.”

“September 30th! How are people expected to remember something that happened two months ago? This should have been publicised immediately after the event if at all, not after witnesses have been to bed 60 odd times.
I do hope he is caught and punished. Bus driveres, like taxi drivers are very vulnerable to this type of thing, working alone and having to carry drunks and other morons in their vehicles.”

“This man should be locked away. There is no place for this kind of violence.”
