Appliance fires
Firefighters from Loughborough were called out to tackle a fire in Haydon Road at about 12.15pm on Saturday, involving a tumble dryer in a garage.
A second blaze happened in Rivington Drive soon after 9.10pm, when a dishwasher caught fire.
