Heats for a regional battle of the bands start next month.

The Majick Music Group Battle of the Bands East Midlands 2012 competition has heats at The Victoria pub, in Coalville, on March 9, and O'Neill's, in Leicester city centre, on March 16.

A regional final will be held at The Shed, Leicester, on June 30.
