Basketball:Jay Couisnard in BBL Team of the Week
The recognition keeps on coming for Leicester Riders with their American forward Jay Couisnard being selected for the BBL Team of the Week.
Couisnard not only picked up a BBL Cup winners' medal after guiding his team to their first piece of silverware for 12 years, he also scooped the Cup final MVP award with an excellent performance to take down Newcastle Eagles, in Birmingham, last Sunday.

Rob Paternostro, head coach of Jelson Homes DMU-backed Riders, was full of praise for the rookie,
"Jay was outstanding," he said. "He was marking one of Newcastle's main threats most of the game, and did outstandingly well. But he was also crucial at the offensive end, particularly in the third quarter, when Newcastle were charging.
"Jay has gone about his business very quietly this season, and it is nice to see him get his rewards. I believe there is a lot more to come from this young player."
Completing the Team of the Week were Demetrius Jemison and BJ Holmes, of the Sheffield Sharks, and Gareth Murray and Sterling Davis, of the Glasgow Rocks.
Selected off the bench were Riders pair Drew Sullivan and Pavol Losonsky.
Riders face a tough clash against Surrey Heat on Sunday, at the John Sandford Centre (4pm).
The Heat are third in the BBL Championship and are one of only two clubs to have beaten the Riders so far this season.
