Body in canal
Police do not believe there are any suspicious circumstances surrounding the death of a man whose body was pulled from the Grand Union Canal.
The body, which has not been publicly identified, was discovered in the stretch of water near Corporation Road, Beaumont Leys, Leicester, at about 11.30am on Friday.
A post-mortem examination was carried out on Saturday.
Police said it was preparing a report for the coroner.
