Boss speaking on BBC show
The boss of a manufacturing firm will be talking about employment law changes on the BBC's Sunday Politics show this weekend.
Arnab Dutt, managing director of Texane, in Market Harborough, was interviewed for the BBC One programme about the changes, which include bringing in fees for claimants in employment tribunals.
Mr Dutt said: "Fees will boost employment in the UK by reducing the perceived risk of taking on staff."
