Christmas shoppers could find gifts fit for royalty at the battleground which saw Richard III succumb to Henry Tudor.

The Bosworth Battlefield Centre, at Sutton Cheney, will be holding an advent fair from 10am to 4pm on Sunday.

Items on sale will include jewellery, cards, books, art, games, hand-made wooden items, children's toys, food hampers and stocking-fillers.

People will also be able to buy gift experience days at the award-winning battle exhibition and falconry tuition.

Father Christmas will be visiting, and there will be a treasure hunt for the weapons of King Richard's army. There will be a guided walk at 11.30am.
