Boxing: Only 30 seconds to win bout!
Beaumont Leys big-hitter Leon Woodstock is through to the quarter-finals of the ABA Novice Championships after another whirlwind win.
Woodstock took less than a minute to wipe out Adil Aabidon (Middleton) in their Class A clash at 60kgs – and extend his perfect ring record with Leicester Unity ABC.
He has won all nine bouts, eight inside the distance, and the 19-year-old's latest victory was his most impressive yet.
Woodstock kept his defences tight when Aabidon answered the bell with a flurry of punches, then dropped him in a heap with a left hook to the body.

Aabidon beat the count, but was clearly hurt and the referee waved the bout off after just 30 seconds.
Woodstock heads to Manchester for the quarter-finals a week on Sunday, and Melton super-heavyweight Josh Quailey has been handed a bye through to the last eight in Class A.
But there was a heart-breaking loss for Brian Madaweni, from Leicester Unity.
He was on course for a points win over Lyndon Arthur (Collyhurst), but was controversially stopped in the last round.
