Boxing: Blockley is a talent in the ring and on the pitch
Callum Blockley is making his mark on the football pitch – and in the boxing ring.
The 16-year-old, from Blaby, represented England Boys at a Four Nations football tournament in Durham this summer.
He is also a promising boxer.
Four years ago, Blockley headed to Earl Shilton Amateur Boxing Club – and he made a quick impression by going on to win his first nine bouts.

He has also joined the Boxing Academy based at South Leicestershire College.
Blockley will be entered in the CYP boxing championships that takes place this month, and he is also hoping for more recognition on the football pitch.
He has also played for England Boys at an event in Tenerife.
"I love football and boxing," said Blockley.
"I started boxing to improve my fitness and enjoyed it so much that I stuck at it."
