CCTV appeal after assault at Leicester nightclub
Police have released a CCTV image of a man they want to trace after an assault at a nightclub in Leicester.
A 24-year-old man was assaulted as he walked through the dance area to the smoking area of the nightclub in King Street.

He received injuries to his mouth during the incident and he was treated at the Leicester Royal Infirmary.
The assault took place at about 4.30am on Saturday, July 28.

Police Community Support Officer Sarah Chan said: “We would urge anyone who recognises the image or has any suspicions about the man’s identity to get in touch.
“We would also like to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident or the events leading up to it. Any calls received will be treated in confidence.”
