Car crashes into bridge in Knighton Lane East, Leicester

A car crashed into a bridge in Aylestone, Leicester.

The accident happened at around 11.40pm on Saturday, in Knighton Lane East, outside the Aylestonians Rugby Club.

The car remained taped off by police throughout Sunday and a spokeswoman for the police said: “There were no injuries or damage to the bridge.”
