Police are appealing for witnesses after a car was stolen from a street in Enderby and then set alight.

The silver Audi TT was was last seen by the owner parked in Chapel Street about 11am on Friday (February 22).

It was found alight at about 7.40pm the same day in Victoria Street, Narborough.

Police are appealing for witnesses. Pc Ryan Buckland said: “Substantial damage was caused to the vehicle.
