Paul Andrew Edwards (31), of Land Society Lane, Earl Shilton, was found guilty in his absence of failing to give information to police regarding the identification of the driver of a vehicle alleged to have been guilty of an offence, in Leicester, on March 20.
He was fined £600 and disqualified from driving for six months.
Daniel Anthony Henson (22), of Glaisdale Close, Beaumont Leys, Leicester, was found guilty in his absence of driving without insurance in Upperton Road, Leicester, on March 30.
