Norman Sangster (48), of Andrewes Close, West End, Leicester, was found guilty in his absence of failing to tell police who was driving a car during an alleged motoring offence on July 28. He was fined £600, told to pay £60 costs and had six points on his licence.

Nathan Trigg (22), of Westerby Close, Wigston, pleaded guilty to stealing food worth £151 from a shop on November 17. He was conditionally discharged for a year and ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge.

Joshua Bennett (34), of Westhill Road, Western Park, Leicester, was found guilty in his absence of driving with illegally worn tyres on his vehicle on July 13. He was fined £400, ordered to pay £85 court costs and had three points placed on his licence.
