Cases dealt with at Leicester Magistrates' Court include:
Gurmej Kaur Kler (70), of Gartree Road, Evington, Leicester, pleaded guilty to being the owner of 248 Green Lane Road, Evington, where she failed to comply with an enforcement notice issued by Leicester City Council, in August 2011, to cease retail sales and to remove fixtures and fittings.
She was fined £5,200, with £1,550 costs.
Michael Benjamin (30), of Drummond Road, Belgrave, Leicester, pleaded guilty to driving while over the legal drink-drive limit on December 20.

A measurement showed he had 51 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.
He also pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified and without insurance on the same date.
Benjamin further admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Leicester magistrates on November 27, by failing to attend as instructed.
He was sent to prison for a total of 16 weeks and banned from driving for 14 months.
Gavin Davis (33), of Ingold Avenue, Stocking Farm, Leicester, pleaded guilty to growing a cannabis plant at his home on November 9.
He was conditionally discharged for a year.
Sean McManus (26), of Haddenham Road, off Narborough Road, Leicester, pleaded guilty to handling a stolen bicycle on October 25.
He also admitted breaching community sentences for handling stolen property.
He was given a 10-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, and ordered to carry out 200 hours of unpaid work in the community and pay £600 compensation.
Malcolm Diddams (56), of North Street, Barrow upon Soar, pleaded guilty to failing to notify Charnwood Borough Council of a change in circumstances which would affect his benefits, between September 26 and December 26, 2011.
He also pleaded guilty to making a false declaration to the Department of Work and Pensions to obtain benefit in March 2009.
Diddams was ordered to carry out 40 hours of unpaid work and pay £50 costs.
Kenneth Lewin (22), of Gaskell Walk, Western Park, Leicester, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified on August 11. He also admitted failing to stop for a police officer and driving without insurance.
Lewin was given a 12-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months and ordered to pay £85 costs.
Annett Moore (50), of Tennis Court Drive, Humberstone, Leicester, pleaded guilty to stealing three boxes of fragrance worth £104 from The Fragrance Shop, Leicester, on December 20.
She was conditionally discharged for 18 months and ordered to pay £25 costs.
