The year Fiona Pilkington and Frankie Hardwick died, 2007, the family called police 13 times.

February 1: Anonymous woman reports youths shouting outside the Pilkington's home. A police officer does not go round due to lack of resources. Incident closed.

February 2: Same woman reports youths smashing bottles outside their home. No officer attends despite incident previous evening. Incident closed.

February 8: Mrs Cassell reports four youths throwing snowballs at the windows. Officer comes round next morning to offer "reassurance".

February 13: Six youths aged between 10 and 14 are screaming outside house. No officer available at the time. Police call later. Incident closed.

March 11: Youths carting in road and removing sign. PCSO chats to youths and gives "advice". Incident closed.

April 6: Anthony bullied by youths, who throw stones at his head. Officer speaks to Anthony and calls council, who send anti-social behaviour warning letters to parents.

April 19: Youth gives Anthony money to buy cigarettes – Fiona hands cash over at the police station. Incident closed.

June 2: Youths keep walking up drive smoking. Officer speaks to Fiona, and agree she was "overreacting". Incident closed.

July 3: Person comes to house and accuses Mrs Cassell of assaulting her child. Officer calls and incident is closed.

September 25: Mrs Cassell reports window has been smashed. House-to-house inquiries next day and advice given. Incident closed.

September 26: Children throwing stones at windows. Officer speaks to youths. Incident closed.

September 28: Fifth window smashed in week. Advice given by officers. Incident closed.

October 4: Youth throwing stones at windows for sixth time in a week. Email sent to beat officer. Incident closed.
