Wymeswold produced a stunning display to win the clash of the top two in the Dutton Garden Services Premier Division.

They thrashed Loughborough Falcons 6-0 with goals from Pitman (2), Page (2), Dawson and McLennon.

Quorn Royals won 1-0 against title contenders Ashby Rovers with Harvey their goal hero.

FC Poplar returned to winning ways in Sport Advocate Division One by beating Sileby Athletic 3-2. Davidson, Moss and Bailey were their scorers with Rob Lewin and Gathercole on target for Sileby.

Goals from Headley (2), Sweeney and Burton helped Birstall Stamford Reserves beat Shepshed United 4-0.

Loughborough Academicals recorded their first win of the season in Sylvia Haines Division Two, beating Mountsorrel Imps 1-0.

In Division Three, Leicester Constabulary continued their good run of form with a 5-2 win at Breedon. There was a hat-trick for Stevens and Glover scored a double.

Ashby Lamb triumphed 4-2 at home against Griffin.

Goals from Waldron and Derry helped Birstall Trees to a 2-0 win at Ashby Rovers Reserves in Division Four.

Racing Club Hugglescote, of Division Four, pulled off a shock in the Everards Cup third round. They beat Twelve, from a division higher, 3-0 thanks to Ebsworth, Foster and an own goal.

FC Hob also recorded a 3-0 win, beating Sporting Charnwood with goals McKinley (2) and Hawkins.

Markfield Rangers won the battle of the Division Two sides by overcoming Riverside 3-1. Quilter (2) and Richardson netted for Markfield.

Loughborough Saints beat Swannington 5-1, Rimmington leading the way with a double.

Division One's Burton Sunday won 4-1 win at Division Four's Hillmoren.

Markfield Rangers Reserves won 9-2 at Walsh UK with Callum Rousseau scoring four of them.

There was no joy for the two Charnwood League sides in the FA Sunday Cup. Whitwick Compass lost 1-0 to Lee Hall Sports and Birstall Stamford were beaten 4-3 by Oyster Martyrs despite goals from Adam Webster (2) and James Dodd.
