City's King hopes to make his mark with Wales
Midfielder Andy King believes Leicester City's impressive form will enhance his international career.
King is in John Toshack's squad for a friendly against Sweden at Swansea tonight, hoping to earn his fourth full cap.
The 21-year-old has been in superb form and scored his fourth goal of the season to wrap up the 3-0 win over Nottingham Forest on Saturday, and he believes City's success this season has aided his international aspirations.
King is keen to be a part of what he believes is a bright future for the Welsh after years of under-achievement.
"It is something to look forward to and the call-up shows they have been watching my progress, and how we have been doing well in the league," said King. "With the Wales team getting stronger it is nice to be included again. It is also nice not to have to miss a City game.
"I have been involved in several squads and it would be nice to get another cap. I have three, so if I can get a fourth I will be happy.

"It is a relatively young squad and a lot of us know each other from the under-21s. It is a good team and group ethic there. Everyone helps everyone else and I think that is one of the reasons why it looks like things are going to improve for Wales.
"John Toshack has managed at the highest level. He has managed Real Madrid and won things, and that speaks volumes.
"That is all that needs to be said about the type of manager he is. He has been patient and now, hopefully, it is looking as if that will pay dividends for him.
"We are hoping to qualify for a major championship now. It has been too long with the players we have had, but hopefully the wait will soon be over.
"Maybe we have underachieved as a nation. We have always had good players but it is the depth of players that we have probably lacked, compared to other countries.
"For one reason or another we haven't qualified for a major tournament but we are looking to the future and hopefully we can do that soon.
The funeral took place today of former Leicester City favourite Bobby Smith, following his death from cancer at the age of 56.
