The world premiere of a movie filmed in Leicester took place in Berlin this week.

Jadoo, which was filmed in March last year, was the closing night film for the Culinary Cinema section at the 63rd Berlin International Film Festival on Thursday.

The comedy tells the story of brothers who open competing restaurants in Leicester's Belgrave Road after they each inherit half of their mother's recipes.

The screening was followed by a dinner for all audience members and guests, with food inspired by the film created by Michelin-starred chef Tim Raue.
