Commitment to site is extended
The joint owners of a Leicester shopping centre have committed themselves to the site for another 10 years.
Under the deal, the Tesco and British Land partnership which owns Beaumont Leys Shopping Centre has secured a new £60 million loan facility.
The partnership is one of five joint ventures between British Land and Tesco, which own properties valued at £1.8 billion.
