Kegworth: The annual parish meeting for Kegworth Parish Council will be held at the Parish Office, 1 London Road, Thursday, May 14, at 7.30pm.

The meeting, which will be open to the public, will receive reports from the parish council and committee chairmen, and from various local bodies.

There will be a public forum at which local residents will be able to raise matters of local interest and propose and vote on motions recommending a course of action to the council.

The evening will include the presentation of grant cheques to representatives of various local bodies.
