Council man moving away
A TORY councillor has resigned because he is moving away from his patch.
Ted Webster-Williams has represented the Pastures ward in Narborough on Blaby District Council since 2001.
Mr Webster-Williams said: "I've resigned because we are moving away to the East Coast, to Norfolk. I'm 74 now and my wife is 75 and we think it's time to get away."
A by-election will now be held but no date has been set.
