Loughborough start as favourites because of their consistency.
They are unbeaten in the league this year with opening batsman Sunny Patel enjoying an outstanding campaign.
They have clocked up 10 league wins so far this year whereas Kibworth have just two.
But Kibworth have bags of experience in their ranks, with several of tomorrow's squad having played key roles in their national club championship triumphs of 2004 and 2008.
The 40 overs-a-side contest gets under way at noon.

Leicester Ivanhoe have been sent crashing from second to bottom of the Premier Division after being docked 144 points over a player registration issue. Ivanhoe may appeal.
