Five members of the Leicester City Cricket Academy have been on a trip to India.

Khamesh Vather, Sameer Thakkar, Shailan Kanani, Oliver Morgan and Priten Chauhan went on a 10-day tour to the Karnataka Institute of Cricket at Bangalore.

They played six matches in three days and had specialist coaching sessions.

The group also met top India Test batsman Rahul Dravid.

All the trainees worked on playing spin bowling, and trained and played at Bishop Cotton School where former England captain Colin Cowdrey was once a student.
