Regional manager Dave said: "I have worked with Advance for 10 years and I really enjoy my work.

"It was great to be at an event where so many like-minded people were together and seeing quality despite the difficult times within the sector.

"Although I led this project, it is a tribute to all members of the team who are making it so successful."

The Great British Care Awards are a series of regional events throughout England which celebrate excellence across the care sector.
