Defendant made a death threat
A 20-year-old man accused of injuring a woman and threatening to kill her has appeared in court.
Cordell McColl admitted causing actual bodily harm and making the death threat on December 12 last year.
Alan Murphy, prosecuting, said during the brief plea and case management hearing: "He trapped her in a room and made various threats."
The Leicester Crown Court case was adjourned until March 21, for the preparation of a pre-sentence report.
