Developer's concept shop proves to be a massive hit
A new high street shop recently opened on Ashby's Market Street has proved a hit after more than 100 people turned up to take a look.
The shop, which gives details of all David Wilson homes for sale in the area, is a new concept for the developer.
The upcoming developments include Hastings Park and Ivanhoe Fields in Ashby de la Zouch, Britannia Park in Burbage, De Lacy Court in Castle Donington and The Greens in Hinckley.
Sales Director Philip Lacey said: "We hope that this will save home-buyers time and effort, helping them pinpoint the perfect home for them, but there are a number of other benefits too."

The new homes centre has already taken three reservations, one at Hastings Park on Leicester Road and another two at Ivanhoe Fields on Smisby Road in Ashby.
