30g of melted better
250mls of milk
two mashed bananas (optional).
To make the pancakes mix the dry ingredients and the wet ingredients separately before mixing together.
Don't worry too much about lumps, if the mixture is refrigerated for an hour these pancakes are even tastier.
Heat a small amount of butter in a frying pan before spooning the required amount of pancake batter into the hot pan.
Once brown underneath, turn over and brown on the opposite side before serving with lashings of golden syrup, or a topping of your own choice.
This recipe can be changed to suit you taste, just take out the bananas, ginger and baking powder for a traditional pancake recipe.
