It means City will have only had one home league game at 3pm on a Saturday since December 22 - their 1-0 defeat to Sheffield Wednesday last weekend.

In total, only seven out of City's 23 home league games have been played at 3pm on Saturday.

City defender Sean St Ledger said on Twitter today: "Disappointing to see no more Saturday games at the King Power. That's what football is all about! Although night games do have a good feel about them."

“"Stop the moaning I'm fed up of all you so called supporters who keep moaning wanting something from nothing. So what the fixtures have changed? I work nights so can't make it but because I support the team I don't moan. When you sign up for a season ticket there is a * an it says fixtures are subject to change so we all know that some will get moved about. So lets stop moaning and wanting discounts/freebies and moaning about the gaffer and put all that energy into supporting the team!!"”

“Do what I did, Cancel Sky sports and tell them why.. don't punish the club,

I also pick and choose the ones I can afford and can get to, and I feel sorry for the S-T holders as I take advantage of the cheap deals the club keep throwing at us.

    I've saved on my S-T,
    Saved on my Fuel Costs,
Saved on my Sky Sports Subscription,

I feel for the guy in Boston - I know how you feel - after 22 years of travelling from Plymouth, Porstmouth and Scotland -even Gibraltar - to get to games.

I miss it, and when times are good I'd sooner have the 90 minutes than the money, but when times are hard you have to make a choice - and it would seem that Sky have made it for a lot of people. The club should really take note - the TV Money won't cover the loss of Season Ticket Sales - if a lot of fans feel the same.

Wonder if we'll get a Story from the Supporters Clubs and Trust..”

“Sorry people...but if you think the Club has any control over when matches are played, you are living in the past!
Match schedules, and alterations to them, are in the hands of the F.A., and they sold their soul to Sky many years ago.
Owners have no input whatsoever as to when, (and IF,...harking back to the Middlesboro' game) matches are played.
If it's any consolation, if we go up, (big if), the problem should be lessened, as we would be a much smaller fish in a much bigger pool, and therefore less attractive to the money - men at Sky.”

“At least your season tickets shouldn't go up a deal next season as you will still be in the championship. You should have some sympathy for the mighty reds fans who will have to fork out more of our hard earned cash for our premiership tickets. Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha, come on you bluebirds.”

    “lulujones

Why are you so bitter and twisted all the time gripe gripe gripe

If you did a little research before engaging your inept brain before posting rubbish,
you would find that its not the owners or the clubs decision on which football matches are played, where and when.
Look on the LCFC website it gives a full and clear explantation as to why we have to play our football matches on different days of the week and at different times of the day

    good luck for tonight City
I would tend to throw in Wellens tonight instead of Drinky or play him along side
4, 2, 3, 1 formation with Wood or Nugent on his own up front the other on the bench”

“This is DISGRACEFUL - the inept owners again not listening to fans and just taking the cash. Shocking, what is the point in getting a season ticket?

Working class families cant afford to go to the football, they cant watch the game on sky tv. They are marginalised. The foreign owners dont care, they need SACKING.”

“Totally disgusted by this. I paid up front for my season ticket as I love going to matches on a Saturday. I no longer live in Leicester so can't do midweek games, or they are at least very difficult. I can't believe they've moved this one too. Thought there might be some consideration for the LCFC fans having already had so many home games shifted, but oh no, not SKY, they don't give a s**t for fans that actually want to attend matches. So annoyed. One Saturday home game in 2013, complete joke. Waste of my money. Not sure I'll be renewing next season, sorry LCFC.”
