Orville Williams (31) was charged with burglary at the same court on January 9.

O'Gorman and Mansell, who were shot by householder Andy Ferrie as he defended his home, were each jailed for four years after pleading guilty to burglary at the cottage.

Appeal court judges recently turned down their appeals for lighter sentences.

The case against Peel was adjourned until May 15.
