Foxes fans show support for Fosse Boys who face Walkers ban
Foxes fans have backed a group of supporters who fell foul of the club when they tried to boost the atmosphere at the Walkers Stadium.
The Fosse Boys, a group of about 50 fans, sang, chanted, waved flags and paraded banners from a section of the Kop at Leicester City's first home game of the season against Middlesbrough.

But they may have to tone down their support, or face being banned from the ground.
Hundreds of Leicester City fans have now shown their support for the group.
The club said health and safety regulations meant they must sit down during matches.
Officials also said spectators had complained about their vocal antics.
However, a club spokesman yesterday said they have no objections to the 50-strong group making a noise, as long as they are sitting down.
But Fosse Boys member Dominic Manning said: "We think their controlling of spectator enjoyment is overzealous.
"They are creating problems where they don't exist. Part of supporting your club sometimes involves getting out of your seat.
"We consider our support to be conducted in a sensible and positive manner."
More than 20 people left messages on the Mercury's website yesterday backing the band of diehard fans.
Steve, of Blaby, said: "Unbelievable. The graveyard that is the Walkers Stadium on match days needs this initiative as the club have not done anything themselves."
Rick, of Nottingham, said: "I'm a Forest fan but I'm fully behind the Fosse Boys. A loud and vibrant atmosphere is best for both sets of fans and best for the game in general."
Despite the strong backing from other supporters, some spectators say their enjoyment of the game should not be marred by other fans.
Colin, of Leicester, said: "I reserve the right to do exactly what I want in my seat, so long as it doesn't spoil the enjoyment of others.
"If that means sitting quietly concentrating on the game, no-one has the right to criticise me." A Facebook group called Support the Fosse Boys has been set up to rally fans.
The page has more than 200 members, who say they will not be subdued by the club.
Supporter Gareth Jamie Lloyd wrote: "I think it is disgusting the club are trying to ban them. I implore people to move over to them on Saturday to join in with them."
Leicester City Football Club failed to provide a statement in time for going to press.

“I can't believe the club are behaving so badly towards a group of fans who just want to SUPPORT the team vocally.
They've set up in a corner, away from the family stand and the away fans and there are still idiots who complain.
And enough of the Nazi-style banning suggestions please.”

“The sight of grown men singing and dancing around puts me off my football to be quite honest, i say ban the lot of em until they learn to follow the rules...no standing means no standing,if you dont like it then stay away. simples.”

“If singing and standing bothers you...sit in the family stand. Simple.
In the meantime don't penalise these supporters for trying to create an atmosphere...football has become so commercialised and family-orientated it's daft.”

“I think its good that the Fosse Boys want to create an atmosphere at the ground and I support them for doing so. However, I understand that yesterday they were joined by a few who had clearly spent time in the pub before the game. The chants became less about supporting the team and more about moaning at others for not singing. Singing songs such as "we'll sing on our own......" will not endere them to others.
Carry on boys, but do not moan at others who watch the game differently to you and do as the club tell you to do. They seeyou as a bunch of kids, show them your not.”
