Girls get fitter
Hula-hooping, cheerleading and salsa sessions have helped encourage teenage girls to become more active.
About 120 girls aged between 13 and 16 took part at Enderby leisure centre.
The teenagers came from nine secondary schools in Blaby and Harborough.
After the sessions they met double Commonwealth Games gold medal-winning swimmer Caitlin McClatchey, a student at Loughborough University.
PE teachers had suggested the girls as people who did not enjoy traditional sports.
