Grappling with raising money
Members of a martial arts club put their best feet, arms and legs forward to raise money for charity.
About 30 people from Leicester Mixed Martial Arts Academy took part in a sponsored grapple for Loros hospice.

Former professional fighter 'Slick' Nick Osipczak gave a two-hour seminar on grappling and striking before the club members took part in a two-hour session involving continuous five-minute matches.
The event raised about £1,600 for the Groby Road, Leicester, charity, which supports terminally ill people and their families.
Rob Hannis, a trainer and part-owner of the academy, said: "It was great for some of our members to get to meet and learn from Nick – one of their heroes.
"It was a great day and a wonderful way to raise money for a good cause."

“It was great to see the Leicester MMA Academy team pulling together to raise money for a worthy cause. Ladies from the gym also recently ran the Cancer Research Race for Life and we did a fund raising drive for Japan too. We hope to use our strengths as a gym and team to help as many people as possible. http://tinyurl.com/3tlotxf”
