Harlequins v Leicester Tigers - as it happened
There were late changes to both sides before kick-off as prop Boris Stankovich was forced to pull out with a sore Achilles for Leicester Tigers and was replaced on the bench by Kieran Brookes.
For Harlequins, Kiwi fly-half Nick Evans gave in to a sore ankle and was replaced by Ben Botica.

5 MIN: TRY (0-7) A sensational start for Leicester after five minutes of solid defending. Toby Flood intercepts a laboured pass by former England No.8 Nick Easter and runs it home from 70 metres out. He adds the extras and Tigers lead 7-0.
12 MIN: PENALTY (3-7) Quins are on the board when Tigers are pinged in the scrum and Botica makes no mistake with a penalty.

17 MIN: PENALTY (3-10) Tigers re-establish their seven-point lead when Flood converts his first penalty kick of the day.
21 MIN: PENALTY (6-10) The visitors are penalised for not rolling away in the tackle and Botica closes the gap.
26 MIN: PENALTY (9-10) Botica brings the teams to within a point after Tigers are adjudged to have pulled down a maul.
29 MIN: PENALTY (9-13) Flood ends a cracking opening half-an-hour with a second penalty goal as the hosts are penalised for holding on.
34 MIN: PENALTY (12-13) With Tigers getting on the wrong side of referee Wayne Barnes, Botica is given the chance to nail a fourth kick – he makes it.
37 MIN: TRY (12-18) A seemingly huge try for Leicester as Flood's lovely grubber kick gives Adam Thompstone the chance to dot down his eighth try of the season in the corner. The England fly-half misses the touchline conversion though.

49 MIN: TRY (19-18) The key moment of the game. Just when the Quins looked like they were running out of ideas on how to break Leicester down, scrum-half Danny Care takes a quick tap-penalty from inside his own half and puts on the after-burners in a tremendous run, which sees him jink past several defenders before diving over the line. Botica adds the extras and the home side have their first lead of the game.
60 MIN: PENALTY (22-18) Botica adds his fifth penalty of the game to stretch the champions' lead to four points on the hour.
69 MIN: PENALTY (22-21) Flood makes no mistake with a penalty of his own to close the gap to just one point and ensure a thrilling finish.
78 MIN: PENALTY (25-21) But it's all over when Barnes, who is now penalising Tigers with regularity, pings Leicester at a scrum and Botica adds his 20th point of the night.
