Hospitals chief nurse leaving for new job
The chief nurse and deputy chief executive at Leicester's hospitals trust is leaving after four years in the job.
Suzanne Hinchliffe will join Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust in May.
During her time at University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust, Ms Hinchcliffe has led work on reducing the number of hospital-acquired infections and brought in systems to give a better understanding of how wards are working.
She said: "It was a big decision to leave, especially now the work on quality and safety is gathering greater pace.

"The job in Leeds will be challenging but it will be closer to home and though I will of course miss Leicester and my colleagues very much, I will not miss the travelling."
John Adler, chief executive at the trust since last month, said: "I have worked with Suzanne for just five weeks but that is long enough for me to realise what an asset she is. She is passionate about nursing and her recent work on the trust's quality and safety strategy has been exceptional.
