Janie Dee to play title role in Curve's Christmas show, Hello Dolly!
AWARD winning actress Janie Dee has been confirmed to play the title role in Hello Dolly! at the Curve in Leicester this Christmas.
The previously announced Caroline O'Connor has withdrawn from the production due to a "commitment to another project".

An accomplished stage performer, with three Laurence Olivier awards to her name, Dee is also a regular on the small screen, appearing in dramas such as London's Burning, Little White Lies and a TV adaptation of PD James' Death In Holy Orders.
The production reunites Dee and artistic director Paul Kerryson following their collaboration on The King and I in 2010 at the Curve.
