A kite display will be brightening up the winter skies this weekend.

The Midland Kite Fliers are visiting Bosworth Battlefield Country Park tomorrow for a demonstration.

The museum – which was named best small attraction in the East Midlands – will also be open. Events include the chance to try on armour, fire a longbow and create your own heraldry.

Councillor Ernie White said: "The country park is beautiful in the winter, especially if there's a frost or even some snow!"
