Leicester City captain Wes Morgan and boss Nigel Pearson in line for awards
Manager Nigel Pearson and captain Wes Morgan have both been nominated for awards after Leicester City's run of five wins on the trot.
Pearson is one of the nominees for Championship Manager of the Month and Morgan is a contender for Player of the Month.
City's only defeat in September was away at Wolves, and they picked up wins over Blackpool, Burnley, Hull and Middlesbrough.
Pearson is up against Cardiff boss Malky Mackay and Crystal Palace manager Dougie Freedman.

The winners will be announced later today.
Meanwhile, Paul Gallagher looks set to stay at Sheffield United on loan for a second month.
Blades boss Danny Wilson said he was hopeful of agreeing a second loan with City for Gallagher by this weekend.
"I'm hoping it will be done before the weekend," said Wilson.
"I think Paul's starting to show exactly why we brought him here in the first place.
"He was a little bit rusty early on in the games with us, but now he's settling into the role that we'd like him to play and getting an understanding of the players around him."
