Kane has made just one Premier League appearance for Spurs but has played in the Europa League for them this season, and has previously gained experience during loan spells at Leyton Orient, Millwall and Norwich.
He has been capped 14 times at under-19 level by England and has scored six goals.

Kane, who has come through the youth ranks at White Hart Lane, scored for Millwall as City suffered a 2-1 defeat at the New Den April, and made five appearances for the Canaries this season before being recalled by Spurs.
City manager Nigel Pearson said the teenager will strengthen his attacking options during the vital promotion run-in.
"Harry will hopefully bring more goals and fresh impetus," said Pearson. "It keeps the competition for places strong."

“I have been saying since last season we should have grabbed Kevin Phillips before Hollowhead picked him up for a song. I remember when Southampton was a premiere club a few seasons ago Kevin Phillips was a prolific scorer for them, and still is today. He's getting on a bit now but what a great player to come of any bench in the league.
Good luck Harry on your Debut. I hope you get a start and stick one or even two in the back of the Blackpool net.”

“great Plm it's one in the eye for the players who have continuously let us down. I know how I'd have felt at work if a 19 year old had needed to be brought in to do my job. They should be ashamed.”

“A friend of mine who is a Spurs fan says Kane is a decent player so we shall see how he performs.
Request to the LM, can you get all these interviews/adverts/claptrap conversation off the sports pages please? I know I could put my laptop on mute but it is ofputting and totally un-necessary.”

“Kane is not a big bustling Centre Forward so he will not be the replacement for Wood off the bench.
He scored 9 from 24 last season for Millwall including one against us, so he has pedigree at Championship level.
He could be the Nugent replacement, or could be thrown on alonsjde both Nuge and Wood when we are chasing the game.
I have to say I agree with Andyrtaylor, Kevin Phillips would have been my choice off the bench even in the twilight of his career, his experince and appetite for goals would have left me more confident that he could get the goal(s) we might need.
Still, we can only sign those made available to us. I just feel that to throw an untried 19 year old into the cauldron at this stage is a strange decision- but then Keane has delivered so why should Kane be any different?”

“Mmmm interesting. Seeing as we are getting over run in midfield, does this mean all out attack???
Where is Joey Barton or Kevin Nolan when you need them?
Clean sheets win prizes..”

“Sorry andytaylor I disagree, Kane will not be under pressure, he will be happy to get some competitive football under his belt instead of warming the bench or being on the fringes of the Spurs squad, we have a experienced striker in Nuge, and the midfield, until this poor run started were creating plenty of chances and as we know Vardy, Waggy, and to a lesser extent Futacs have not taken their chances so this will spice things up again, will it will be enough? Only time will tell.”
