Leicester Tigers have drawn a line under Subgate after the Heineken Cup organisers' inquiry into the 16th man saga which marred their final Pool Three match at the Ospreys.

Tigers chairman Peter Tom said: "We believe that the matter has been dealt with and it is now time to move on and concentrate on the rest of the season."
