Leicester Tigers duo out to prove their fitness
Toby Flood and Manu Tuilagi will be desperate to prove their fitness for England after being recalled by Leicester Tigers for today's Aviva Premiership match at Exeter.
Both have missed England's opening two Six Nations games but will put themselves in the frame for the match at home to Wales on February 25 if they perform today.
Fly-half Flood makes his first start for six weeks having come through half an hour of last Saturday's win against Newcastle following a knee injury.
Centre Tuilagi is included for the first time since suffering a hamstring injury in the win at Worcester in December.
Tigers make six changes from the side that beat Newcastle, with captain Geordan Murphy and Alesana Tuilagi returning to the backline and Ed Slater and Julian Salvi recalled to the pack.
There is, however, no place for centre Billy Twelvetrees, who is leaving for Gloucester at the end of the season.
George Ford, recalled from England Under-20s duty, is preferred to Twelvetrees and Jeremy Staunton as back-up fly-half.
Director of rugby Richard Cockerill said: "It's good to have Toby and Manu back to fitness.
"We've been in good form and we need to maintain that."
Exeter head coach Rob Baxter wants a "heart and soul effort" from his players, and added: "I want the fans to get behind us, drive us along and be a force we can use."
