Petrus du Plessis, Will Fraser, Richard Wigglesworth, Charlie Hodgson and Chris Wyles switch to the replacements' bench as director of rugby, Mark McCall, rotates his squad.
"In front of what will be another big crowd, there couldn't be a better stage for today's game against a team with whom we have enjoyed some tough battles in the past few years," said McCall.
"Wembley has become a home from home for us in recent seasons, but it's a stage on which the players really enjoy performing. We can't wait for kick off.
"We have been pleased with our energy and appetite for work in the opening two games and we must continue that against the Tigers."

“The difference wasn't on the wing, it was behind the scrum. Our No9 was poor, he took a step before releasing the ball meaning that Flood was under pressure before he even received the pass, he knocked on several times, spun balls out at ankle level and put up yawning, inefectual kicks from hand. You could see why he's the 3rd choice - having said that, he can't be expected to play like an England International given his position in the pecking order and beggers can't be choosers.
Didn't help that 'Murph had to go off so early and Waldrom was withdrawn because he was utterly knackered! He took the ball up so many times that he was running on empty when he was taken off. Our best player was Hamilton as far as i was concerned (would have been the Tank had he stayed on) The pack were pretty stale, the lineout looks weaker with Youngs throwing in and Salvi gave far too many penalties away.
I'd predicted a scorefest - I won't be giving up the day job!”
