Leicester man to face trial over bottle death
A Leicester man is to stand trial at the Old Bailey accused of killing a guest at an event involving singer Jessie J.
Ashley Charles (25) of Nevanthon Road, pleaded not guilty to murdering Phillip Sherriff, 37.

Charles, who appeared by video-link, was remanded in custody and will go on trial on October 29.
Mr Sherriff, a telecommunications worker from Preston, Lancashire, died on April 8.
