They can also hear from successful East Midlands companies who are trading overseas and join a panel discussion.
Peter Hogarth, UKTI regional director, said: "This is an exciting time for UK trade with Asia.
"Exports to the continent are at the highest level they have been for a number of years, with the latest export statistics showing we reached £3.1 billion in sales to Asia and Oceania last year, a record high.
"Non-EU exports now account for 57 per cent of exports from the East Midlands with a huge boost in sales to Singapore in the last quarter – up by 46 per cent.
"It has become the East Midlands' third highest export partner.
"This conference will help local firms learn more about taking those next steps into Asian markets and help widen their knowledge on their target markets.
"We need to boost our exports from the East Midlands and so it's vital for companies based across the region to secure more business in high growth markets.
"We are working hard to help local companies achieve their full potential."
Next week, Leicestershire businesses will be joining UKTI trade missions to Poland and Germany
As well as Warsaw in Poland and Karlsruhe in Germany, destinations for the £99 Export Insight visits this spring include or have included Prague, Copenhagen, Dublin, Madrid Barcelona, and the Benelux countries.
Businesses which have signed up for Tuesday's trip to Poland include Oadby-based children's wall sticker company Fun2See, sim card business Meera Enterprises Distribution, of Leicester, and city leather business Corium Solutions.
Staff at Smartfield Accountants, in Leicester, and Mira, near Hinckley, are heading to Germany.
Fun2See employs 30 staff and sells stickers under licence from companies such as Fisher Price, the Very Hungry Caterpillar, and Tatty Teddy.
International sales manager Carly Walker said: "For us this is a cost-effective, introductory way to visit a potential market. It's also a chance to network with other businesses on the trip."
