Braders have extended their lead at the top of the Premier Division to eight points with a 3-1 win over Magna 73.

Braders went ahead through Simon Richmond, but Magna levelled with a penalty.

Braders clinched the points with further goals from Darren Taylor and Ricky Taylor.

Second-placed Mountsorrel lost ground on the leaders when they slumped to a 2-0 defeat against Birstall RBL.

Division One leaders Burbage Old Boys were beaten 2-1 by local rivals NKF Burbage.

Liam Storer, with a penalty, and Mitch Gaskin put them 2-0 ahead. Old Boys pulled one back but NKF held on to claim the points. Second-placed Beaumont Town beat the team directly below them, Northfield Emerald, 2-1.

Michael Holland and Simon Moore scored Beaumont's goals, with Craig Jordan netting for Emerald. Queniborough trounced Ashby Road 6-0 thanks to Ryan Whatley (3), Warren Smith (2) and Sean Warrilow.

Braunstone Trinity will be disappointed with their 1-0 defeat at home to Fleckney Athletic. Nick Ingram claimed the only goal.

Leicester Three Lions beat Saffron Lounge 3-2 courtesy of Leon Burke, Scott Johnson and Michael Lynch.

Thurlaston Magpies continued to rule the roost in Division Two.

They triumphed 3-0 at Cosby United Reserves, Mitch Abrahams, Mat Durham and Dean Matthews their scorers.

The New Joiners won 3-1 at Birstall RBL Reserves, Alan Stafford (2) and Chris Weston getting their goals.

In Division Three, top-of-the-league Glenfield Town Reserves continued their dominance by beating NKF Reserves 3-1.

Rocky Greenwood, Stewart Smith and Anthony Sparks were on target, with Tom Watson scoring for NKF.
