Lukasz Tabaka made a miraculous recovery to book KS Leicester Polska a place in the EW Foster Cup final.

Having ruled himself out with an injury 48 hours prior to the tie with Oadby Owls Men's, he decided he was fit enough to play on the day – and scored a thunderous 31st-minute winner.

In the other semi-final, Division Two title favourites MDH Knights needed extra-time to see off Division Four's Desford United 3-2.

Desford led 2-1 with six minutes to go, Daniel Porch netting both of them. But Knights hit back, Lee Stevens, Dom Page and David Brennan their scorers.

AFC Royal Oak have booked their place in the Stokes Cup final after goals from Chris Dexter (2), Simon Herbert and Shaun Doyle saw off North Kilworth Sunday Reserves 4-0.

Monsell WMC will join them after a 5-0 demolition of LDA Spartans. Nicholas Keeber (3) and Kev Jones (2) netted.

Advance Couriers went through to the last eight of the Billy Walton Cup with a 6-2 win against a potentially-dangerous NRI side.

Darren Wheeler was on the scoresheet four times with Ebony Asante hitting the other two. Dave Ilnicki and Andy Ilnicki scored for NRI.

Oscars continued their scorching form with an excellent 7-1 thrashing of Thurmaston WMP 2009 and will now face Royale Barcabullona in the quarter-finals.

Tim Glenn, Clint Gunn and Adam Perkins notched braces, with Lee McNairn striking his first goal for the club.

The clash of the top two in the Premiership went the way of Star & Garter as they beat Wigston Car Breakers 3-0.

George Himan was the star of the show. He gave Star the lead with a cheeky back-heel and then stroked home a penalty when Ryan Hawker was brought down. Jordan Lever fired a shot across the keeper to seal the win.

There was a major shock in Division Seven when bottom-of-the table Countesthorpe United, without a win and having conceded more than 100 goals, beat title-chasing CFA 2-1. Aiden Coates and Callum Shilton grabbed the goals.
