Magic of Meccano comes to museum
CHILDREN and their parents can experience the magic of childhood toys at a new year event at Abbey Pumping Station Museum this Sunday.
Meccano, Hornby model trains and Dinky toys will take centre stage from 1pm to 5pm.
Youngster will be able to play with these classic technological toys and the museum's steam train will also be giving trips around the site.
Tickets cost £3 for adults, with accompanied children getting in free, though there is a small charge for train rides.
