A man has pleaded guilty to nine sex offences against boys and a man.

Steven Croucher (57) admitted the charges, which include four rapes, at Leicester Crown Court this week. He admitted indecently assaulting two boys – one under 14 – in 1999.

He pleaded guilty to indecently assaulting a boy under 16 in 2000 and two other indecent assault charges between 2000 and 2001.

The four rape charges, including one against a man, date from between January 1, 2000 and December 31, 2003.

Croucher spoke only to plead guilty to the nine charges.

Judge Michael Pert QC ordered pre-sentence reports and granted bail until a date in April. The court heard Croucher had pleaded guilty last year to possessing child pornography on a computer at his home in Maple Road, Loughborough.

In March 2012, he was given an eight-month prison sentence, suspended for two years, for possessing the material between September 2007 and June 2010.
