Man charged with stealing a Saffron Lane family's Christmas presents is due to appear in court
A man is to appear in court accused of stealing Christmas presents from a house.
The 22-year-old man has been charged with burgling a house in Leicester's Saffron Lane, taking items such as presents, selection boxes and games.
The burglary is alleged to have taken place overnight on Saturday and Sunday, December 8 and 9.
The suspect is due to appear at Leicester Magistrates' Court on Monday, January 7.
